Our client, a leading South African restaurant reservation and table management system provider, is looking to appoint a sales development representative.

As a sales development representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in building the sales pipeline. Your focus will be on finding, qualifying, and booking high-quality opportunities for the sales executives.

This is not an entry-level role — we’re looking for someone confident, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential restaurant clients
  • Reach out via calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
  • Qualify leads and assess if they are a good fit
  • Book meetings for sales executives
  • Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated and organised
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of sales or sales development representative experience (hospitality industry would be advantageous)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good organisation and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach (50–80 actions per day)
  • Confident speaking to business owners and decision-makers
  • Positive, resilient attitude
