We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for assisting the Disgorging Machine Operator and to co-ordinate and perform tasks relating to the disgorging of sparkling wine.
Department: Production
Reports to: Bottling Manager
Job Type: Permanent
Minimum Qualification: Grade 10 (Grade 12 advantageous)
Job Requirements:
Literacy - Preferably minimum grade 10. (Must be able to read and write and do basic calculations)
- A minimum of six months (6) full-time experience in the disgorging process of sparkling wine or similar position and / or similar environment as well as mechanical competency with knowledge of machinery.

Preparation of Machinery for Disgorging Process
- Disgorging Process
- Maintenance and Cleaning of Machinery
