Located a mere two-hour drive from Cape Town, our client's retreat destination provides luxurious accommodations and specializes in distinctive family and holiday experiences, bespoke wedding and conference packages, and has emerged as a favored destination for honeymoons or getaways. The property features two farm-style restaurants and a well-stocked farm stall offering a diverse selection of fresh, local produce, complemented by customised farm experiences.

This is a live-in position.

Ideal Individual:

We are seeking a dynamic F&B Manager with luxury hospitality / lodge experience, passionate about hospitality and curtated guest experiences, a commitment to sustainability, and a proven track record in managing multi-outlet F&B operations.

Your Role:

As F&B Manager, you are responsible for ensuring an unforgettable and uniuqe guest journey and tailored culinary experiences rooted in creativity and world class excellence.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position and environment

• A love for nature, local produce, and farm-style food philosophy

• Proven experience managing F&B operations in a luxury / lodge environment

• Excellent planning and communication skills

• Creative and meticulous attention to detail

• Passionate about staff development to ensure tailored guest experiences
