We are looking for a reliable and professional Driver & Merchandiser to join our Sales and Marketing team. This role requires a responsible individual who can efficiently handle deliveries, represent our brand with excellence, and support merchandising activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily estate, sales, and marketing deliveries in line with company standards
- Ensure all deliveries are completed within set timeframes
- Pack and handle stock carefully, ensuring safe delivery to clients
- Always provide professional and friendly customer service
- Promote wine products to customers and retailers while on delivery routes
- Maintain accurate delivery and product records
- Assist with merchandising and general duties within the Sales & Marketing department
- Ensure all clients and guests feel welcome and valued during interactions
- Conduct yourself professionally and take accountability for your responsibilities
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ driving experience in the Cape Town / Winelands area
- Valid driver’s license with PDP
- Strong knowledge of local routes and areas
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a strong work ethic
- Presentable with sober habits
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
