DeMorgenzon Wine Estate is seeking an energetic and hands-on team member to support our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Trade Sales, and Marketing activities. This is a practical, on-the-ground team role suited to someone who enjoys engaging with customers and trade partners, executing campaigns, and bringing the brand to life day-to-day.
Location: DeMorgenzon Wine Estate, Stellenbosch
Key Responsibilities
Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) & CRM
Assist with maintaining and updating the CRM system across all DTC channels
Support sales activity through assisting in sales campaign building and coordination and customer database building
Day-to-day Wine Club administration and member communication
Compile and share monthly reports on sales, customer activity, and basic performance metrics
Marketing & Brand Management
Assist with day-to-day updates and content creation across digital platforms, including website, e-commerce, social media, and email newsletters
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand activities
Assist with external agencies and assist with advertising and PR activities
Events & Activations
Plan and execute DTC events at the estate
Represent the brand at wine shows, corporate functions, and activations
Trade Sales & Relationships
Support and develop trade sales in collaboration with key partners including
distributors, restaurants, and retailers
Organise and manage trade tastings and events
Key Requirements
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles (wine or luxury/FMCG preferred)
Strong understanding of DTC channels, CRM systems, and digital marketing
Relationship-driven with excellent communication and networking skills
