This role requires a candidate who is confident engaging with high-end, discerning clientele and delivering a seamless, world-class guest experience.
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- 1–2 years’ experience in a 5★ hotel, lodge, or luxury estate
- Impeccable presentation and professional communication skills
- Strong telephone etiquette and guest engagement ability
- Excellent organisational and admin skills
- Fully flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
