Key Responsibilities:

• Host wine and olive tastings while delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Share knowledge about our wines, olives, estate history, and winemaking philosophy
• Promote and drive wine sales
• Maintain the tasting room to the highest presentation standards
• Operate the point-of-sale system

Requirements:

• Friendly, professional, and well-presented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in wine and hospitality
• Previous experience in wine, hospitality, or sales is an advantage
• Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
• Reliable transport to and from the estate
