An established agricultural company is seeking a skilled and dependable Tractor Driver / Spray Operator to join its team.
This role is suited to a self-motivated individual who can work independently and take responsibility for key operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tractors and spraying equipment for effective pest and weed control
- Calibrate and maintain spray equipment to ensure accurate application
- Mix and apply agricultural chemicals in accordance with safety standards
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery
- Perform brush cutting and general field maintenance
- Assist with additional operational duties as required
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the agricultural industry
- Valid Code 8 or Code 10 driver’s license
- Chemical Applicator Certificate / PCO training will be advantageous
- Ability to work without supervision and meet operational deadlines
- Sober habits and a strong work ethic
- Own transport or residence within close proximity to the workplace
