Haute Cabrière has an exciting opportunity available for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone starting or growing their career in sales and marketing, with a strong interest in brand building, digital platforms, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organised, and comfortable working across both sales and marketing activities. They should have strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with internal teams and external partners, while supporting the execution of day-to-day initiatives.
Key Responsibilities and abilities
- Passionate about social media, with a natural ability to create engaging, on-trend content and tell compelling brand stories
- Comfortable managing digital platforms, including website updates and online business profiles (e.g. Google listings), with strong attention to detail
- A strong communicator who can understand information, communicate clearly, take accurate notes, and follow through on action items
- Highly organized and detail-focused, with the ability to manage checklists, timelines, and support the smooth execution of campaigns
- A team player with a positive attitude, who values collaboration and takes accountability for their work
- Energetic and outgoing, with the confidence to grow into a brand-facing role, including assisting with events and influencer engagement
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in the wine industry or a similar environment
- Willingness to spend time on-site (minimum 3 days per week)
- Willingness to work after hours and weekends when required
- Own reliable transport
