We are seeking an experienced and organised Kitchen and Catering Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and catering for camps and group events.
Key Responsibilities:
*manage the daily operation of the kitchen * maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety * plan menus and prepare meals for large groups * manage stock, orders, deliveries, and kitchen supplies * monitor food costs and minimise waste * supervise and communicate effectively with staff * assist with menu development * vegetable garden planning

* experience in catering, hospitality, or kitchen management * ability to cater for large groups * strong organisational and leadership skills * excellent communication skills * good knowledge of food safety standards * reliable, professional, and be able to work independently and in a team * own transport essential * sober habit
