The successful candidate will work closely with the winemaking and warehouse teams to help maintain the high quality, hygiene, and safety standards Warwick is known for.

What You'll Do

  • Cellar Operations

  • Harvest Activities
    • Assist with crushing, pumping of wine, pressing, and post-harvest cleaning.
    • Forklift & Equipment
  • Operate the forklift safely and complete routine pre-use checks and basic maintenance.
  • Bottling & Labelling
    • Assist with the bottling and labelling of wine in line with production schedules and quality standards.
  • Warehouse & Logistics
    • Assist the warehouse and logistics team with the movement, picking and dispatching of stock when required.
  • Hygiene & Housekeeping
    • Maintain a high standard of cellar hygiene, including the cleaning of tanks, barrels, equipment and floors.
  • Health & Safety
    • Carry out all duties in compliance with health and safety procedures and report any risks or incidents.
    • General Support
    • Perform other functions relevant to the position as required by the Cellar Master and winemaking team.

Who You Are & What You'll Need

  • Minimum of Grade 10 or equivalent.
  • A valid forklift licence.
  • Physically fit and strong, with the ability to lift medium weights.
  • Willing to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Technical skills relating to all aspects of cellar work.
  • Good hygiene practices.
  • Knowledge of labelling and bottling of wine will be beneficial.
  • A Code 10 driver's licence will be advantageous.
  • SKOP qualifications will be advantageous.
