- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry at a senior management level in an upmarket establishement
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage staff and stock
- A passion for guest experience and a drive to deliver memorable moments
- Commercial acumen and the ability to drive revenue while maintaining excellence
