A well-established Wine Estate is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Buyer, Maintenance & Driver Coordinator to join our team.
We are seeking a professional, organised individual who can work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solutions-driven, and able to prioritise tasks effectively while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchasing and supplier orders
- Manage maintenance schedules and follow-ups
- Coordinate drivers and transport-related tasks
- Liaise with various staff members and departments
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Assist with planning and daily operational coordination
Requirements
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Professional, structured, and proactive approach
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and think creatively
- Must have own reliable transport
- Must reside in the Northern Suburbs
- Maintenance and Agricultural experience/background will be advantageous
- Must have contactable references
