We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) / Griller to join our dynamic kitchen team.
Location: Haute Cabrière Restaurant
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the grill section to the highest standards.
- Prepare and present dishes consistently according to recipes and specifications.
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimizing wastage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
- Support junior kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of meat preparation, grilling techniques, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, disciplined, and a strong team player.
- Relevant culinary qualification will be advantageous.
