We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) / Griller to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Location: Haute Cabrière Restaurant

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the grill section to the highest standards.
  • Prepare and present dishes consistently according to recipes and specifications.
  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards are maintained.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimizing wastage.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
  • Support junior kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of meat preparation, grilling techniques, and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable, disciplined, and a strong team player.
  • Relevant culinary qualification will be advantageous.
