A Wine farm in the Franschhoek area seeks to employ Harvest Assistants for the upcoming harvest season ( January – March 2027).
Duties include :
- Assist in the weighing of the grapes
- Sorting grapes
- Conducting sugar analysis
- Assisting with additives
- Racking of wine and pumpovers
- Barrel work
- General cellar work
Requirements :
- Knowledge of Cellar operations will be beneficial
- Forklift licence will be beneficial
- Must have own transport and drivers licence
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends
- Have an interest in winemaking
