We have a unique opportunity for a results driven Junior Head Chef with 4+ years’ experience in high-pressure, refined dining kitchens. Passionate about contemporary global cuisine and sustainable, seasonal menus with excellent leadership abilities.
This position reports to the General Manager.
Position Requirements:
Qualification in Professional Cookery • 4+ year’s experience in a refined dining kitchen environment • Strong ability to lead and develop a team effectively • Applicants to reside in the Winelands region
