We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to grow our presence across Cape Town, the City of Cape Town District, and surrounding areas. This role is for someone who enjoys opening doors, building partnerships, and turning opportunities into long-term customers.

Position Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do• Grow sales across restaurants, hotels, wine bars, retailers, corporate clients, and hospitality accounts.
• Develop new business while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to increase listings, visibility, and distribution of the Blaauwklippen portfolio.
• Conduct regular customer visits, tastings, and presentations.
• Work closely with the marketing and events teams to support activations and brand-building initiatives.
• Provide weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback.
• Attend the farm in Stellenbosch at least once per week for sales, planning, and team alignment.
What We’re Looking For

• Professional, organised, and accountable.
• Knowledge of the wine, hospitality, or liquor industry will be advantageous.
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a high-performance team

Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years sales experience.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Own reliable vehicle.
• Smartphone and laptop.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills.
Package
• Basic Salary: R20,000 per month (net)
