An established, high-end restaurant situated on a wine farm in Philadelphia is seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.
 
We are looking for a passionate, disciplined, and creative culinary professional who thrives in a refined dining environment and understands the standards required for an upscale farm-to-table experience.
 
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
 
Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-end or fine dining establishment
 
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
 
Ability to design and execute seasonal, wine-paired menus
 
Excellent food cost control and stock management experience
 
Availability to start immediately
 
Own reliable transport (essential)
 
Must reside within reasonable proximity to Philadelphia or be willing to commute
