An exceptional opportunity exists for a highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join the pre-opening team of a new, upmarket restaurant situated on the outskirts of Stellenbosch. This role is ideal for an individual with a profound passion for the hospitality industry and a dedication to curating exceptional guest experiences.

Our client is an acclaimed, award-winning Chef renowned for their innovative approach to seasonal, contemporary South African cuisine.

Candidates with a robust Food and Beverage background, proven exceptional leadership abilities, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence are encouraged to apply.

Qualification, Experience & Skill:

Formal Hospitality Qualification preferred • At least 3 - 5 year’s managerial experience in an upmarket dining environment • Proficient wine knowledge • Strong ability to lead, manage and develop a team • Guest and service centric

Essential Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and owner reliable transport

Preference will be given to candidates from Stellenbosch or neighbouring areas
