Senior Front of House Manager: Upscale Dining, Stellenbosch Wine Estate

We have a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned Front of House Manager on an iconic, upscale Wine Estate in Stellenbosch.

We are looking for an seasoned Front of House Manager with at least 4-5 years senior Front of House or F&B Management role within a hotel, wine estate, fine dining or similar hospitality environment. Strong working knowledge of restaurant & events operations, including private dining and function management.

The Role:

The role is responsible for the overall management and seamless delivery of the guest-facing experience across all front-of-house areas, including the restaurant, bar, events or host functions. This role requires a confident and experienced leader who can set standards, develop people, and drive both guest satisfaction and commercial performance.

Working closely with the General Manager, Head Chef, and relevant department heads, the role plays a pivotal role in shaping the guest journey from arrival to departure.

Core Experience & Qualification:

• Grade 12 essential

• Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management preferred

• Wine qualification (WSET Level 2 or higher) advantageous

• Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a senior front-of-house or food and beverage management role within a hotel, wine estate, fine dining, or comparable hospitality environment
