Support the day-to-day management of hotel operations by overseeing guest services, leading operational teams, maintaining high hospitality standards, assisting with financial administration, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership.
Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is advantageous.
Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Good financial, budgeting, and cost control knowledge.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Protel PMS experience is advantageous.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Valid driver's licence.
