We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our Asian fusion restaurant in Stellenbosch.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in an Asian fusion restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Asian cuisines, fusion cooking techniques, and menu development.
- Proven ability to manage kitchen operations, food quality, stock control, and kitchen staff.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high culinary standards.
