  • Product Education: Explain flavor profiles, grape characteristics, food pairings, and the history of the winery.
  • Sales & Promotion: Drive direct-to-consumer sales and upsell reserve collections or merchandise.
  • Operations: Set up tasting stations, operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, manage stock levels, and polish glassware.
Requirements & Skills
  • People Skills: Outgoing, confident personality with a strong customer-first focus and professional grooming.
  • Wine Interest: Genuine passion for wine with an eagerness to learn or formal baseline training 
  • Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and seasonal shifts
