We are looking for an experienced Spa Receptionist to join an iconic Stellenbosch wine estate on a fixed-term seasonal contract from September 2026 – April 2027.
This is an opportunity for someone who understands the standards of luxury hospitality, premium guest service and high-end spa environments — and who takes genuine pride in creating an exceptional guest experience.
Aesthetics qualification will be a DISTINCT ADVANTAGE.
We are looking for someone who has:
· 2–3 years' experience in spa reception / luxury hospitality / similar administration
· Experience in a 5* or luxury environment highly advantageous
· Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
· Strong administration, organisation and multitasking skills
· Confident promoting premium beauty and wellness products
· Professional, polished and guest-focused
· Fluent in English
· MS Office proficient
· Experience with Shedul/Fresha or a similar spa booking system advantageous
· Aesthetics qualification advantageous
Market-related salary + commission
