Fine-Dining Waiters
Deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience within a fine-dining environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fine dining
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette
- Professional, polished, and guest-focused
Barmen
Craft exceptional beverages while maintaining a high standard of service and presentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ bar experience (cocktails & wine knowledge essential)
- Strong attention to detail and speed of service
- Confident, engaging personality
Wine Ambassadors
Guide guests through curated wine tastings and enhance their overall estate experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in wine service or tastings
- Strong knowledge of wines and storytelling ability
- Passion for hospitality and guest engagement
