We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Farm Foreman to join a well-established wine estate in the Helderberg. This role is ideal for someone with strong farm operations experience who enjoys working outdoors, leading teams and maintaining high standards across all farming activities.
The successful candidate will work closely with the farm manager, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards throughout the seasons. You will be hands-on and lead by example, be proactive and have the ability to resolve operational issues quickly.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience as a Farm Foreman or in a similar supervisory role on a wine farm
- Good knowledge of vineyard practices, irrigation and harvesting processes.
- Experience operating tractors and agricultural machinery.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment and during peak harvest periods.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Valid South African driver's licence is essential.
