I am an experienced wine-industry professional with more than 20 years of practical experience across wine bottling, production quality, packaging, process control and team leadership.
I started my career at operational level on a wine bottling line and progressed over the years into quality control and quality leadership. This has given me a broad, practical understanding of bottling operations from the production floor upward.
My most recent formal title is Quality Supervisor, but my experience and capabilities extend beyond the title itself.

I have extensive experience in contract wine bottling, where quality and packaging problems often need to be resolved while balancing customer requirements, production pressures and line efficiency.
One of my strengths is identifying what is preventing a product or process from meeting requirements, working with the relevant people to establish the cause, and helping to resolve the problem so that compliant production can continue.
