Cavalli Estate is looking for an energetic, professional and welcoming Tasting Room Runner to join our team. The successful candidate will help create a memorable guest experience and maintain the high standards of our tasting room.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Keep the tasting room neat, tidy and ready for guests.
• Ensure wine racks are fully stocked and neatly presented.
• Wash and polish glassware.
• Become familiar with frequently asked questions and assist guests with accurate information.
• Ensure guests are charged correctly, present bills and process payments according to estate procedures.
• Maintain excellent guest relations while being considerate of all customers.
• Follow Cavalli’s dress code and maintain high standards of personal hygiene.
• Report suspicious packages or parcels to management immediately.
• Participate in fire and evacuation drills and remain familiar with all exits and emergency procedures.
