A Wine Farm in the Franschhoek area seeks to employ an excellent candidate to take up the position of Chef de Partie .
The successful candidate would have the following attributes and skills:
- Excellent culinary skills
- Impeccable health and hygiene standards
- Formal training from an accredited college
- Good interpersonal skills
- Work well under pressure
- 2-3 years practical experience working in a kitchen
Proposed Start date: Immediately / October / November 2026
Salary : Market Related
