As we grow our team, we are looking for an experienced Production Planning & Logistics Manager to coordinate production, logistics and export/import requirements across a portfolio of wine clients.
The role
You will take responsibility for:
- Planning and coordinating production schedules, bottling and packaging requirements.
- Managing stock availability, dry goods and supplier coordination.
- Coordinating local deliveries and export shipments with producers, warehouses and freight partners.
- Preparing and managing export & import documentation and associated administrative requirements.
- Tracking deadlines, resolving operational issues and keeping clients and service providers informed.
- Maintaining accurate records and improving planning and reporting processes.
The person
We are looking for someone with:
- Relevant experience in wine production planning, logistics and export/import administration.
- A practical understanding of wine industry operations and export documentation.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence working with spreadsheets and operational systems.
- The ability to manage several client requirements and competing deadlines.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- The confidence to take ownership and follow work through to completion.
