Joubert Family Wines in Stellenbosch is seeking a dynamic and experienced Tasting Room & Venue Manager to elevate our visitor experience and oversee event management at our renowned wine estate in the heart of the Cape Winelands.
Manage the tasting room and ensure a warm, professional welcome for all guests.
Coordinate and execute wine tastings, private functions, and corporate events.
Train and supervise staff to maintain exceptional service standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen the estate’s brand and image.
Handle reservations, stock control, and financial reporting.
Proven experience in hospitality, wine industry, or event management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Passion for wine and creating memorable guest experiences.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when required.
