Boutique Hotel - 3 Front Office positions

We are looking for reliable, professional and guest-focused individuals to join our Front Office team in the Winelands-Stellenbosch Wine Route

Positions Available

• 1 × Night Auditor
• 1 × Night Relief Receptionist
• 1 × Hotel Receptionist for early and late shift

Key Responsibilities

• Guest check-ins and check-outs
• Reservations and guest enquiries
• Reception administration and accurate shift handovers
• Maintaining excellent guest service

Requirements

• Previous experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Good computer and administrative skills
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport are essential
• Flexible and willing to work weekends and public holidays

Night Position

Night shifts are generally 21:00–06:00.
