Qualifications and experience
Culinary or professional baking qualification is advantageous.
Previous experience in a bakery, hotel, restaurant or hospitality kitchen.
Knowledge of baking methods, ingredients and food presentation.
Good planning, teamwork and time-management skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
