Dornier Wines is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Wine Ambassador to join our team at our Wine Lounge on Upper Blaauwklippen Road, Stellenbosch.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone aged 20–25, ideally a student seeking part-time work, who has a genuine interest in wine and enjoys working with people.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Aged 20–25 years.

Previous experience in the wine industry, wine tasting or hospitality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.

A reliable, team-oriented and customer-focused individual.

Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and peak season (November–February).

Availability to work at least two weekday shifts and two weekends per month.
Please note: This position is intended for someone seeking part-time employment. Applicants who are currently employed in another job will not be considered.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.

Conduct wine tastings and share knowledge about our wines and estate.

Maintain cleanliness and ensure the Wine Lounge remains presentable at all times.

Support the team during busy periods, special events and peak season.
