We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated female Junior General Manager to join our team.
We need someone who is energetic and shows a willingness to learn.
*This position will not be a full time position at first. Hours and remuneration will increase as responsibilities increase.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a young, vibrant female candidate with a strong interest in beer and wine to support our management team. The Junior General Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. This position is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills who is eager to develop their career in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Management: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to maximise revenue.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service and high standards of quality.
• Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels, and manage stock control systems to minimise waste and optimise resources.
• Staff Management: Manage scheduling and on occasion recruit, train, and mentor staff to create a motivated and skilled team.
• Event Coordination: Provide assistance special events, promotions, and tastings to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
• Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
• Female candidates preferred, in good health and physically able to manage the demands of the role.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry, with a particular interest in beer and wine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. (only as needed)
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus but not required.
