Core role: Deal with marketing, client, debtors and company administration in the admin department. Report to Marketing Manager. 

Requirements 

- Completed Grade 12

- Marketing or Admin qualification (preferable)

- 3 – 5 years’ experience in an admin and/or marketing position

- Highly skilled in MS Office (especially in Word & Excel)

- Sage Pastel Accounting experience

- English & Afrikaans verbal & written skills

- Must be highly organised, accurate & detail-oriented

- Punctual, honest & strong customer care orientation

- Must be able to multi-task & work fast but accurately

- Punctual & timeous work conduct 

      Duties 

Marketing admin: Manage customer data & sales related information by phone or email.

- Deal with customer queries & complaints in a professional manner & convey problems to superiors

- Share sales data with Debtor’s clerk & other relevant staff members

- Provide ad-hoc reception duties in relief capacity

Customer admin: Capture & manage customer data & sales financial graphs

- Manage customer quotations, product pricing & special customer agreements relating to products

- Prioritise urgent customer orders & invoicing

-Ad-hoc company admin

- Update & maintenance of company equipment list

- Compilation of landlord letters/ contracts & liaison with reception for invoicing & equipment deliveries

- Ensure company documentation are updated & organised in electronic format as per company policy

- Provide support duties to staff members when required
