We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team on a beautiful farm in the Stellenbosch Golden Triangle area. The role involves running a small kitchen focused on pizzas, platters, and event catering, with a restaurant opening soon.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Manage a small kitchen team and oversee day-to-day operations.
Handle daily ordering and stock management.
Develop creative ideas for our deli, which offers cakes and breads for sale.
Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.

Requirements:
 
Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Creativity in developing new products for the deli.
Ability to work mainly daytime hours, with occasional evening functions.
