A leading wine company in Stellenbosch is looking for a Winemaker.
The perfect candidate should have excellent tasting and communication skills as well as being highly organized and must be able to work under pressure.
Some of the main tasks will be direct communication between production and sales team with regards to the blending of new productions, tenders, wine presentations and setting up and presenting tastings. Responsible together with the Production Manager and Winemakers for the final sensorial approval on all bottle productions and bulk loadings from the site.
