Job Purpose
To provide end-to-end human resources, compliance, training and administrative support across TOKARA, ensuring legislative compliance, effective people management, audit readiness and coordination of health, safety and employee well-being initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written).
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly MS Office.
  • Excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration of employee contracts, personnel files, leave, clocking systems and HR documentation.
  • Coordination of staff induction, training records, wellness initiatives and medical requirements.
  • Administration of Compensation Commissioner (CompEasy) matters and liaison with medical institutions.
  • Coordination of health & safety, compliance and audit systems including WIETA, SIZA and SEDEX.
  • Payroll-related data capturing and reporting.
  • Management of facilities-related administration, PPE, supplies and accommodation.
  • Scheduling and minute-taking of statutory and operational meetings.
  • Oversight of environmental and sustainability reporting.
