- Proven experience in maintaining and repairing equipment, including air conditioners, industrial refrigerators, and various hospitality equipment.

- Strong mechanical and electrical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- **Experience in Facilities Management:**
- Previous experience in a maintenance management role, preferably within the hospitality or agricultural sectors, with a demonstrated track record of overseeing maintenance operations.
- **Knowledge of Safety Standards:**
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to maintenance and equipment operations, ensuring compliance with all standards.
- **Leadership Skills:**
- Strong leadership and management abilities to effectively supervise maintenance staff, coordinate schedules, and facilitate training.
- **Problem-Solving Skills:**
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment on the property.
- Ensure the hotel, restaurant, wine tasting and picnic areas are maintained to the highest standards of safety and functionality.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Perform regular inspections of systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute maintenance schedules, minimizing disruptions to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and service requests.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and safety standards to enhance operational efficiency.
