? Salary: R25 000 – R30 000
? Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape

What You’ll Be Doing:
? Managing the end-to-end payroll process for the estate’s employees with accuracy and efficiency.
? Ensuring tax compliance, deductions, and benefits are calculated and processed correctly.
? Coordinating with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate employee records.
? Maintaining payroll systems and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation (including deductions, tax laws, etc.).
? Providing regular reports to management on payroll, tax filings, and other financial matters.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role, ideally in the hospitality, luxury, or vineyard industry.
✔ Expertise in payroll software, tax compliance, and the ability to handle confidential financial information.
✔ Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
✔ Attention to detail, accuracy, and a passion for numbers.
✔ A proactive team player with the ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
