The main duties of the porters are to meet and greet our guests on their arrival to the hotel.
They are the first contact our guests have and therefore has the responsibility to leave an excellent first impression. Porters will assist our guests with their luggage to and from their rooms on arrival and departure days. They will room arrival guests, making sure that our guests settle in comfortably.
Skills and Experience Required
- A friendly and welcoming approach
- Stamina to work long hours of physical work

- Strong work ethic

- Good general product knowledge
- Drivers license
