Head Chef wanted for Farm Shop & Deli at Blaauwklippen

We are looking for a vibrant individual to head up our Farm Shop & Deli kitchen at Blaauwklippen.

The successful candidate will lead a small team of six and assist with menu design and development, ordering, production, and running the pass during service. 

We are open for Breakfast and Lunch from Tuesday to Sunday, and will be opening Wednesday and Friday evenings for a light food offering in the near future. 

This is the perfect opportunity for a creative chef who loves to innovate, and who will help us grow our new business. A focus on seasonal produce is very important to us, and we look forward to working with an individual who shares in our culinary values. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years hospitality management experience, at the very least on sous chef level. 

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
