Halfday Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Paarl based company in the wine industry is looking for a young dynamic and trustworthy person to join our team.
Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

General clerical/administration duties and adhoc duties
Attend to customers in a prompt, professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and take messages
Assist with telesales
Scan paper documentation to convert to electronic records
Creating and updating files and maintaining filing systems in place
Petty cash
Invoicing on Pastel

Required Skills:

Strong administrative abilities
Must be exceptionally well groomed and professional
Hard-working
Positive attitude
Friendly and approachable
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Afrikaans and English
Solid MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PASTEL experience
Trustworthy

You will be required to work from 12H30 - 16H30 Monday to Friday.
Own transport required.
