Estate Maintenance Manager Position

This exciting career opportunity will suit an energetic individual with a high level of enthusiasm, paired with a passion for attention to detail and getting their hands dirty.

The successful candidate is a solution-driven team player with excellent communication (Afrikaans & English) and interpersonal skills, can work accurately under pressure and is self-motivated.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full estate maintenance function, including the following:

  • planning and weekly management of all estate maintenance processes relating to the facilities, grounds, gardens, public spaces, buildings, vehicles, etc
  • staff and contractor management
  • budgeting, record keeping, administration and reporting

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

  • a relevant tertiary qualification
  • 5 years' experience within a similar role
  • Excellent computer literacy and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, team mentality and positive attitude
  • Driver’s License – code 10
