Journey’s End is searching for a strong production orientated administrator that is comfortable working in fast past environment to ensure our company’s productions are timely, efficient, and cost-effective

 This position is ideal if you can give full support to the Production and Demand Planning teams. Strong planning and executing skills and the ability to work with a diverse team.

 To succeed in this role, you should be professional, highly analytical, and possess excellent communication skills.

 Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise and manage the manufacturing operations while ensuring the highest standards in our quality products.
  • Product development.
  • Schedule, plan and ordering of all dry goods (EZY WINE).
  • Managing production requests and specification files.
  • Lead weekly reviews of production pipeline with Production Director and Demand Planner, including tracking of existing products.
  • Contribute with continued research and development of new products and provide input on changing best practices.
  • Manage existing and develop new quality programs to improve packaging quality.
  • Manage the acquiring of quotes and estimates relating to bottling and packaging material.
  • Assistance with production budget with Financial & Production Director.
  • Support the Winemaking and Sales team with production schedules, updates, and other process flow developments and all other tasks related to the role.

 Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a production role.
  • Solid understanding of production.
  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong administration skills
  • Eye for Detail
  • Computer literate and ability to navigate systems
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
