Our client, a leading and successful Agricultural Company has a vacancy a receptionist at the Stellenbosch office. The ideal candidate is adaptable and personable with exceptional organizational skills.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Answering phone and taking messages
  • Making bookings for appointments for multiple doctors
  • Receiving patients and managing medical files
  • General maintenance: liaise with relevant contractors
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Filing of all documentation
  • Monitoring and ordering of stationery and general consumables
  • Ensuring all offices and reception area are neat and presentable
  • Ensuring coffee station is in order

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • 2-years’ experience as a receptionist
  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Interpersonal skills / team work
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills & friendly disposition 
  • EE candidates will be given preference in line with the companies BEE targets
