Our client is a well-established Consultancy based in Somerset West.  They are urgently in need of a well-spoken and very well presented Receptionist with a friendly and social personality to handle all Reception duties and assist the Office Manager with relevant tasks where needed.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Switchboard and screening calls
  • Welcome and assist all walk-in clients or customers
  • All related administrative duties, including electronic communication
  • Represent the company in a professional manner as the first point of contact
  • Assist with organising of any events, conferences, meetings, etc. as needed
  • Purchasing of office supplies, etc.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned where needed

Requirements:

  • Available to start immediately or within a 2 week period
  • Matric qualification
  • Strong telephone manner and communication skills
  • Social and friendly demeanour
  • Good computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Very professional client relations
  • Fluent in BOTH Afrikaans & English (not negotiable)
  • Own vehicle with valid driver’s license (essential)
  • Must live in or near Somerset West
  • Able to work Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

Salary on offer:

  • CTC Package of between R6 000 – R8 000pm
