As Sous chef your responsibilities will include -

  • a-la carte menu preparations
  • Stock and Waste control
  • Supplier orders
  • Seasonal menu interpretation
  • Banquet and conference catering
  • Specialised event catering
  • etc

the suited candidate will have a sound food knowledge, work in a team-orientated environment and think outside the box.
