Payroll Administrator / Debtors Clerk Assistant

Springfield Estate requires the services of a full time Payroll Administrator / Debtors Clerk Assistant  in Robertson.


The key skills, roles and responsibilities as Payroll Administrator / Debtors Clerk Assistant will include the following:


  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation.
  • Draft & issue contracts that are aligned to SA Legislation.
  • Conduct all disciplinary procedures for the organisation in conjunction with the HR department.
  • Manage employee queries.
  • Lead and ensure the company’s compliance on all government, labour, legal, statutory reporting in terms of Skills Development, Employment Equity, WCA, UIF etc.
  • Managing the complete payroll function.
  • Assist the Debtors Clerk in all related duties.
  • Present wine tastings when required.
  • Give excellent administrative support to staff.
  • All other ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Excellent Computer skills (Excel, Word and Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of EzyWine and Donkerhoek Data would be advantageous.


This position will also require you to work one Saturday per month in the tasting room presenting tastings and conducting cellar tours.

Own reliable transport and drivers license is crucial. The position is available immediately.
